Building Vino Tinto's Pothead.
I managed to make a start on building my pothead following the plan & photo of VT's build.
The BIG problem was my pipe cutter don't go big enough for a 2" pipe. So I used the disc cutter...so what...it worked out ok.
So I now have the column...all I need to do now is complete the liebig and I'm ready.

All it needs is the buffer mop and "it'll shine like the top of the Chrysler building"

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Cheers Fuf..
I've had the pipe & fittings for a week or two now, I just want to get into making something with a bit more taste. The swmbo & me have had enough vodka for a while.
The build is very easy it's just a case of making sure all the joints are nice and clean before you start to solder.

Re: Building Vino Tinto's Pothead.
Taken longer than I thought but I'm almost there...I spent yesterday soaking the column and liebig in a bucket of citric acid to clean off all the crap...it's now got a bit of a shine...all it needs now is a quick polish.

I thought I'd got a 45% elbow to change the angle of the dangle in my box of bits but no...so I'll have to get one...

It fit's the boiler ok so all I need now is a quick vinegar run.
and a cleaner wash.
