Hello, bore da, bonjour, ciao, Gon ni chi wa etc, etc...

Just wanted to say hey and say thank you for such a valuable resource.

I've currently got my first wash on the go and I literally cannot wait to get distilling and of course tasting my very own spirit! Not being the most patient person in the world the wait and anticipation is killing me!

Welcome
Try not to rush slower is better but it's hard, I know, when you're just starting. ;)

Down Stout! He's only talking about distilling! :D :D

Welcome Cornholio, I too remember the impatience of anticipation and the satisfaction after the first time was all over. ;)

Hey, what were we talkin' about ?

Haha! Thanks for your replys.... and marriage guidance!

First wash was meant to finish yesterday! But it's still ticking over! Gonna experiment making some different bourbons as well as making some raspberry & blackberry liquors to keep the better half happy!

Sounds great, keep us posted with anything decent you come up with! For bourbon, current thinking is JD barbeque chunks are the way to go - do a search and you should find all you need. If you can improve on them, all the better! Good luck!
