I got to thinking I know it can be very dangerous...I posted a thread a week ago about some of the bits of information that I've picked up over the last 5 years. I've found PDF files about yeast, grains, all sort of bits & bobs...so I've set too and found a place to store them where I can link to a forum for anyone that wants the info can download.
