Yum yum yummy yum.

I use an ice filled "cold finger" over the smoke to keep the temp down.

Seriously got to get some on. Good nudge Robert... Got my juices going.

You do indeed!
It is like a secret kept by some that do, from some that don't.
It can cost very little and provide tasty food at a fraction of the store bought cost.
I am not hardcore, but it is now a part of my life.

My latest hot smoker is a retired domestic pressure cooker.
My cold smoker is a standard sized galvanised dustbin.

I have a modified Bradley. Made a cold tube for it with a chiller. Make my own smokes.

Stunning cold smoked salmon.

Also does a nice hot smoked chicken great for ham/game.

Rubbish for pizza ;)
