I have read a couple of distilling books now... Some good some not so.

I thought I might start a review thread.

The Alaskan Bootlegger's Bible

Good read. Funny, informative and all round good book. I was left feeling I would like to share a beer with Leon around a camp fire.

The practical distiller.

Hard work from page 1. Written in 1809. Reprinted but not edited or even re phased. Not as much hard work as it sounds but it is free from practical content.
