Problem with fermentation

Hi.
Just run a batch of triple still on a heat pad. after 4 days it had stopped fermenting and was clearing. I added stooping and clearing agent as directed. Been away for the weekend on return its started to fizz again and its not clear. What to do?? is it ruined??

No, it'll carry on and then you can clear it when it's finished. A hydrometer is useful for checking that all the sugar has been used but you can manage without.
