I decided to get away from extract beer kits and set up an all grain system.
Not been well lately so bought a Brewster as my main mashing unit instead of making one.
Utilised the T500 still boiler as part of the system.
I am also making a new water diffusing plate for on top of the grain and a new sparging arm.

Looks great VT...we're waiting for photos.

It seems quite simple,in a complicated sort of way..
Nicely thought through.
