What I Did Today
Re: What I Did Today
The informal "on the farm trackey bottoms" covers that one.
Two styles of clothing here, on and off the premises.
I display a different dress code when I venture out to the local places of purveyance.
It tends to frighten fewer people.
Robert.

I know exactly what you mean, rural living. I also think there is a country clock as apposed to the towny clock.. Much bigger minutes.

I need a wooden buck for my tundish... first thing I am going to make is a tool to flare the copper reducer necks to add some style to the tops of the parrots rather than just a reducer IYKWIM.

Re: What I Did Today
Dunno how I missed this one?
When I had to use a lathe back in what then were considered "Tech classes" ,aged 12 years,
I hated it.
I wouldn't mind, but cannot justify owning one now.
Tipping my hat to you Inspector.
Robert.

Similar to you Robert - except I enjoyed turning. Picked it up in later life, then lost it. Can't justify it now. Kudos Inspector.
