It looks great and I am sure that it will produce lots of good drink for a long time to come.

One observation. The hose onto the output from the Lieberg - they are straight pipe not hose barbs, they may be a tight fit when cold, but once the still is running they will be filled with hot water and may become soft and slip off. Keep an eye on them or perhaps put a small jubilee clip on them.

The 8-6 reducer is barbed so as not to come off easy, but the braided are held with 13mm pipe clips when in use.

WOW VT.. ;) love it, love it...It's a bugger when I see something like this (size wise). I get to thinking I can't wait to get a bigger stil, I've got 23 lts of lentil wash out in the cold in the brewhouse. With another 23lts of lentil started on Sunday. So I'm really looking forward to stripping 46 lts of wash through my 4lts Airstill...Image It's going to take ages... ???

46 litres divided x 4 = 11.5 stripping runs.
11.5 x 1.5 litres @ 58% = 17.25 litres.
17.25 litres back to 30% = 33.83 litres.
33.83 litres divided x 4 = 8 spirit runs.

strip runs = 28 hours
spirit runs = 24 hours
That should take you about a week.

Conclusion: "You need a bigger still"
