How to Make Liqueur, Schapps, and Cordials
Found this site today, thought it might be of interest. Pure Liqueur. And, different site, I will give the chocolate one with cocoa nibs a try.

Good find, some interesting sounding stuff on there! The bit about the recipe for Southern Comfort might be worth investgating too:
"An inch of vanilla bean, about a quarter of a lemon, half of a cinnamon stick, four cloves, a few cherries and an orange bit or two. He would let this soak for days. And right when he was ready to finish he would add his sweetener, he liked to use honey."[

The Cocoa nibs soaked in vodka is amazing. I cut down on the sugar. I was not going to add the vanilla bean at first, but it really does add something good. This is like drinking an alcoholic dark chocolate bar! I don't even really like chocolate and I like this!
