'Best before' date
Hey guys,
So I have a bag of Double Snake C48 left, the best before date is END 11/2016.
Will the quality be less or won't there be a (big) difference?
Sam

Re: 'Best before' date
Whilst I am not familiar with that particular yeast, given the general indicated life span of yeasts, I can't see that such a brief period over date would have any significant effect on results.
Good luck

Going by beer brewing yeast there shouldn't be a problem....

I doubt that you will notice a difference with such a close BBE date.
