Whisky Profile Kit - favourite recipes?
Me and my dad have had a lot of fun playing with the recipes in the recipe book supplied with the kit.
We usually use a little less glucose than suggested.
Anyone got some of their own recipes to share?
A JD one would be most welcome!!!!

If you ever come up with ANYTHING that is good, then please share.

I quite like the Jamesons from the recipe booklet, or any of the Irish ones.
I realise that you're way more advanced in whisky making but did you never find any of them palatable?

I have to be honest, and say that I have not tried the kit since I started carbon filtering neutral, and my neutral was possibly not very neutral before that.
I did think that the Laphroig and Jameson flavours were OK until I put them against the real thing.
Maybe I should have another play with it.
