Embarassing look back
I have been a member and particpant in this great hobby for about three years. For some reason i decided to look at and reread all my previous post today. With what i have learned from this forum over the last three years it is very funny to read my first post. Sure seems silly all the questions i asked but it has gotten me where i am now and that would be having the ability to make a respectable drink. Thx again to all who answered my ridiculous questions in the past and did so without ridicule.
Don't yell at me because I'm a virgin distiller

I figure the day that I stop learning is the day that I start dying. The only stupid question is the one left unasked.

100% with you edwatters...I did the same, on here and another forum only a few days back. In fact the advice that was given to me on one of my questions from way back has not been tried as yet....but it will

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

I think I can say, without fear of contradiction, that this was probably the experience of all who have persevered with this craft. Craft distilling is a learning curve that goes on and on. I think we'd all get bored if we weren't learning new elements and skills while enjoying the fruits of our craft.
It's just a pity we have to hide it all
