Hi, just introducing myself. I have been home brewing for a long while, but recently experimented with distilling. I have successfully made a nice smooth vodka, an xmas gin, but still have to perfect an whisky (no e) that I can even swallow. Good to catch up with other like minded stillers.

Hi, Still Maturing and welcome indeed.
Lots of good knowledge on here.
I do make whiskey with an 'E' but my best whisky is 'E' less. ;D

Robert.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Ice fever, I'm only using a 5 litre copper pot still. Just new to it all and wanted to try the basics. I'm mostly interested in making a spirit that's as good as or better than the big names, but on a very small scale :)
Loads of questions, but will listen before speaking.
Thanks all
