So I regularly visit home distiller forum and have been looking through the recipe section and have been looking at corn mashes, they use the term cracked corn but where do I find that stuff here in the uk?

I remember where I got mine from. When I'm home I'll post, unless someone beats me.

The correct name for corn is Maize.

Try Googling "Kibbled Maize"

Flaked Maize from the Home brew shops also gives you a good flavour as do Cornflakes.
