Get thee behind me Satan, I do not need this, but the price is so good. :)

LOL. I confess I nearly bought it myself. When I bought mine for around the same price, someone here said I'd regret not buying the other that was also for sale and running them in tandem and they were right as they can be honestly resold for the same price all day long.

This thread currently looking a little bonkers as I took out a malicious post between those of brewhunter and Squint.
Nothing to do with them, just a pest, now gone away. ;)

Is it not possible to delete a post. .Then add another one in the same spot just saying the reason ?

I just deleted a post that was here, and replaced it with this one. ;D

Or was that not what you meant, IceFever?
Apologies if it wasn't.

Cheers guys ...I know you can delete your own posts...but it takes a mod to delete any post.

If it's necessary to delete a post as a mod I wondered if you could post say "post deleted" just so folks don't wonder where the thread went. ;)

As a Mod on this site I do not believe it possible for me to delete a post and then place a post saying that I have done so, unless it was the last post in the thread.
I must look into this if time allows.
I used to be able to split threads and move them.
Haven't needed to for ages, and so now forget the self learned way of doing so without losing stuff!

For once I saw some chinese stills on Amazon and thought "I want".

They are very much cheaper when bought direct from the company if anyone has the balls to gamble and send their hard earned away. They're a hell of a lot cheaper than StillDragon and it looks like similar gear.

(I have no association etc etc)

Id quite like one of the basic smartstill filters if anyone has one surplus to requirements. I just want to try filtering but just can't justify an essencia just yet.
The filter I mean is the one that sometimes comes as part of the kit
Thanks guys

If you meant the carbon filled "Tea bag" then don't waste your time.
Far better results will be obtained by pouring carbon into a bottle of neutral and upending many times a day for several days.
Then let the bottle sit upright in a freezer for 24 hours before pouring off the spirit.
This is what I did before splashing out on an Essencia.
Or, if you are slightly practical take a look at this
