This is our latest development in the lounge.

The freezer takes 4 cornelious kegs and a digital controller keeps temp between 8-9c. Kegs have individual gas regulators.

8) Nice work Opus27,I am soon to get my first cornies and would love a set up like that,I have been lucky enough to be given a full size B CO2 cylinder and a draughtflow Dalex tap by a local landlord.
Not had much luck sourcing a free/cheap fridge and have missed out on a couple that have been advertised by a few hours. What are you using for the temperature controller?,I was thinking about getting a couple of ATC800's as I want to have 2 fridges,1 for the cornies and the other for fermenting my beers. You really should post them pictures on Jims beer kit forum that is the kind of hard core porn we all love on there :)

p.s where did you get the taps, was it Norm by any chance?

The freezer was chosen on size as we had a specific alcove to fit it in together with Gas bottle and regulators. We added a collar to increase the height. 4 Kegs are an exact fit. The collar also made plumbing easier. We have two kegs on tap and two in waiting another four our maturing in the workshop. The taps are Alumat from "Barley Bottom" and we made the stainless fonts. Regulators are Micro Matic again from Barley Bottom.
Temperature controller is an ETC-200+ not sure where we got that from but its the same one I use on my aquarium so probably an aquatic supplier, it's wired into an extention socket and the freezer plugged into that. Obviously the probe is fed into the freezer. The 8 decanters for the spirits are from "Wine Ware". Finaly the cabinet is just pine and matchboard finished with Danish Oil.

Nice work with the taps Opus, with the temperature controller I have a tropical/marine fish shop nearby so will try there and see what they have, already get my Salifert alkalinity test kits from there to test my water for all grain brewing.
Decided to change over to Cornies as I am fed up with leaking taps on my King Kegs and budget type Kegs plus with my 10 gallon boiler I can do brew lengths to fill 2 Cornies plus a few bottles.Hope to get my 2 Cornies by next weekend and expect they will be a breeding pair and will have babies fairly soon ;).

p.s the landlord that gave me the gas bottle and tap said he had recently given away a gas managment board that I could of had :(
