Do you think one pack of turbo, maybe a triple still with the carbon will do a 37.5 litre wash with 10 bags of sugar in it?

I'm sure it will. I use a single pack of alcotec 48 in a 50l wash, with 10Kg of sugar and it ferments dry in 4 days.
Aerating the wash before pitching the yeast helps with the lag in it getting started.
