What I Did Today
Re: What I Did Today
What we're going to do today is take the Pan Euro

out for a ride..we've not had the time over the last few weekends.
A cruise around the Cotswolds...Sunday lunch..then back home for a sniffer or two, before we go back to work tomorrow

Just finished picking the last of some fruit.
In total 181bs of Elderberries and 30lbs of Brambles, picked and frozen over a few weeks.
Have made 1 x 4 gallon ferment with 2 to go for Bramble and Elderberry Brandy.
Made under the tutorage of Myles - many thanks.

Re: What I Did Today
Well we did get away for our ride, not far as the crow flies, we finished up in the village of Bourton on the water.

A pretty Cotswold village with the river Windrush running through it..
After a Sunday carvery in one of the local hostelry, we came out to be blitzed by the number of bike everywhere.
It turned out to be a biker rally for Prostate cancer....needless to say all the change in my pocket went in the bucket...good on you boys.

We're now back home, I'm on my third sniffer.....and alls well in Gods own county.

Re: What I Did Today
Today,or yesterday as it was now,I screwed down a 50 square meter roof on a new wood shed, buried a 30 year old pony, and for entertainment went into Glasgow for a gig by the brilliant Canadian band Walk Off The Earth,
And drank a lot of alcohol that I had made.
Tomorrow I shall start brewing some more.
hakuna matata
Robert.

If you want another brilliant Canadian band, have a listen to July Talk.

I've dropped a saison ale into a 2nd vessel....got the keg of IPA ready in the keggerator and tried half a pint....it's brilliant.
I've sorted some of the hearts from the last run and cut & bottled....oh and started another wash...and washed everything down and put away..

You must be ready by now to drop the 'Esquire' after your handle and substitute 'MMT'

Re: What I Did Today
I have not gone to bed yet,so for me it is still today..
Made 4 litres of apple pie.
Strained, filtered and sweetened 11 litres of a version of Southern comfort.
Ran a strip run on a lentil wash.
And the other stuff that life entails.
Robert.
