Filtering

Hi Folks

Anyone got any suggestions on how i can filter high alcohol spirit e.g 60% cos i am going to do a couple of absinthe pros...would double filtering be ok

Any ideas

That should be fine if you filter a couple of times,even still spirits say to only cut back to 50% befrore filtering with the Z filter,so cant see why 60% will cause any problems.

Many thanks optic filtered twice is nice and clean ... i was using alcotec turbo 48hr with ss carbon think that might have helped too
