Rack half a doz DJ's, check on the grape wine I started 2 weeks back...start another gall of Banana wine off.
Then I must sort out a little problem on my 500 so that I can do a strip run sometime this week....and on top of all this, now I'm retired I've been told by t'other half that I'm an house husband, with house work to boot..

Today I'm going to finally get my rice and raisin wine started, had 1.5kg of raisins and 2.25kg of rice sitting in a bucket for over a week!

Just need to add some sugar, water and yeast would be a useful addition:)

I had a go at raisin wine years back and it came out gross...... but that may have been my doing it wrong
