I am not sure that I agree with that, and I may be one of only two people currently able to do as you suggest.
I like to see threads move on, I also like to see tidiness, ..dilemma; I like to see new threads started and replied to. I like to see members trying to help each other.
I like to see you posting your link, thank you, that may help someone.
Ever more we live in a "now" world, where everything happens at the tap of a computer key.
Google probably has the same information that you can access by using the search box top right on this page.

Just a point Mash man, your pdf update here is not 'live' - whereas the original is...(course I may be doing it wrong, have been known to

See what you mean.
I have had a fiddle and it doesn't work for me either.
I have noticed file management does seem a bit different here to other sites. Might be a 'feature'

Re: KALE WASH (Feb 2016)
Thank you good sir......what I wanted, about a week ago
Following on from the 'how do you use kale' discussion, I had a bunch - not certain of size - that got stuffed in a pot and boiled with minimum water. Strained and cooled water then frozen in 4 small containers.
So 2 blocks went into fermenters, quick start and still going strong one week later.

Using the 'juice' from a boil is the way to go.
Just to double check- could you not see the recipe AT All before I updated yesterday?

IMHO Mash I don't think it makes that much difference...I've tried the juice, mashed in the blender and the whole lot in....and chopped up fresh.
I can't say that I've noticed one better than t'other...the juice way is cleaner at the finish of a wash when you empty into a boiler.
