Re: Water for reducing percentage...
I have always wanted to find a natural water source. Considered putting a bore hole in. Not as dramatic as it sounds.
Did you get it tested?

Both spring and cistern were next to well trodden paths and had been drunk from regularly by passersby.
A word of concern regarding cisterns and wells, if they are from the 19th and early 20th century, lead piping was probably used in there construction.

My favorite came from a spring that bubbled out of the ground up in the hills, I also found good water in a disused stone 19th century cistern that was in the woods near my home.
On the few occasions that I drink water, Strangely,I can also taste the difference.

Re: Water for reducing percentage...
Has anyone considered using their stills "down time" to produce their own distilled water?
That would work.
And no-one to blame but the distiller.

gaza, you are a reprobate.
But then I suspect that this is just one of your "driving" factors, do you appreciate what I did there?
Your mirth factor ensures you to be a keeper.

You seem to have made Robert stutter. Perhaps he is concerned that it's not just swimming that's going on.

At that point Robert was falling asleep, and managed a double post using the very exact science of falling onto the keyboard in exactly the right spot and then not wriggling around too much.
More than happy to leave the double post as proof that I can be just as big a dick as anyone else.

LMAO. Splendid. I trust no plasters were required.

I just hope no plasterers were injured or
abused during this tricky operation.
Nice one ED
