In the words of one Victor Meldrew...."I don't believe it" the better half has suggested that I send for one and whatever monies I make on Ebay just put back into the bank... :o :o

I know a number of us on here still brew, although it's not the main topic on the forum, what with it being about stilling.

I also know that this kit is expensive, but so are a lot of other items that we use on a daily basis.

I've searched the net and have found a site here with a price tag of E1,499.95....with the euro to pound rate that comes in at £1080.

Then I've looked back home to find them at £1100...so I may as well buy here, if I have any problems it's easier to deal with a UK shop.

Firstly. WELL DONE!!

Price - does that inc VAT ? There might be a lead time.....some uk boys order then in as req.

Suggest to the other half that you could save money by collecting it - from Germany in OCKTOBER.

Ok that's on order....now I have the machine in front of me I can see where this goes....I take it, the strainer just sits over the inlet and stays there without any fixing?

Just the same as the 70 quid Speidel one
