Additives etc.
If you have a look at the Brouwland website you can find a multitude of flavourings and other stuff for modifying spirit, wine, etc.
I've got some disti-pur for smoothing out new/fresh spirit, some oak-a-vin which is for adding an oak hint/flavour as if it'd been in a barrel, some calvados essence/flavouring and some apple essence/flavouring.
The only downside is that because the € is up at the moment stuff isn't quite as cheap as it was. If you can get to one of the channel ports (Dover or via the chunnel are easiest) then it's a couple of hours drive from Calais.
In truth, their range of products is brilliant. You can make just about anything.
