Kale for breakfast

This morning I had 100 of kale for breakfast with some lightly fried garlic, some rice and a dribble of chilli sauce. Yum.

Latest update. Going like a train (the wash that is not me) bit of a carbon dioxide type, vegetabley smell, but nothing more than that. No comments from my wife, so already well ahead - apart from the fact she doesn't quite understand how Kale makes gin. But I think it only right and proper that I keep that a mystery
