Hi Guys

Have a look at this SPP, looks like its about £20 per kilo from Poland, the sites not in English so I'm not totally sure what I'm doing on it, I'm working with a guy tomorrow, who's from Lithuania and his wife's Polish, I'll get him to have a look at it.

That does indeed look interesting, although I did not understand a single word.
Eager to see what your colleague and his wife make of it.

My mate said it is indeed 50zł for half a litre of the SPP (£8.73) the small (higher) price underneath the headline price is including domestic delivery in Poland, there's no mention of international delivery, however this company do produce complete stills and other componants, there website is in English

Here http://pracowniametaloplastyczna.pl/en/my-spp

It's just the online shop section that's only in Polish, there's is an email address and phone number so I'm going to contact them to ask about delivery to the UK.

Thats where I got mine from - delivery was painfully slow, and communication was difficult. Hopefully things have improved, the product was excellent though.

There's a table on the main site when you go to the advice section, the tables in polish but if you can suss it out it tells you how much you need depending on your colum size

http://pracowniametaloplastyczna.pl/en/advices

Yes it's to replace the saddles, they also have some copper SPP, ideally you would have the majority of the colum with steel ones and some copper at the top, although you could just continue to use copper bits that come with the T500

Hi,
This will be my first post.
I'm native Polish language speaker.
This is polish 'ebay'. They selling little metal springs that used in laboratory equipment (small sizes) for distillation. It's patented. It's 50 Polish Zloty for equivalent of .5 liter volume. They don't say anything about sending this abroad, but I can ask'em.
Cheers.

Hallo everyone,

I'm sorry I should say something about checking this stuff in Poland.
I asked this guy how much will it cost to deliver it to UK - 150pln + 50pln = 200pln which works around £36.
If someone is interested I can help, but I don't think I'm interested to getting for myself.

There is other thing I did, but I think this should be posted in different section of the forum.

I bought on ebay copper mesh and modified my T500.

As I was double distilling I can't say anything how it affected taste, but time wise - improvements.
Usually I was making about 25 liter wash and I needed about 4-5 hrs to get about 4ltrs 92%. This time I had 25 liter wash and I had about 4.3ltrs 90% after 3 hrs.
