@Ice: Yes. Just got back yesterday afternoon. Not a bad trip. 2 meter swell at 8 seconds with chop. So quite wet most of the trip which was 30 hours. Burned 8,000 liters of fuel. She was a 96 footer and handled well. Good to spend a few days in Hong Kong once we got off the boat.

I have a bunch of friends up in the New Territories that are all ex Hong Kong police. Brits, Scots and Irish that have all stayed in HK since the handover.

@AT: I enjoy my sailing too - but a paying job here in China is too good to turn down.

I spent an hour this morning trying to get a couple of pics off my phone. Didn't work. Only have 3 or 4 anyway. Most of the trip was out of sight of land or at night anyway. But will try again.
