....this has tickled me, I've had a crazy few weeks, not been able to make anything and the wife's done all my Vodka reserves ....hard times lol

Almost caught up with myself.

I still use a Super Reflux.
Its easy to empty the packing, So I also use it as a Pot still.
I use it with a power controller and digi temp monitoring.
Its been very reliable. I make Rum, Vodka and Gin.
I make plenty of cuts and I have some real nice alcohol.
I do not use flavourings, I tried some a few years ago and thought they were garbage. I use molasses for my Rum. I use Juniper for my gin.
