Does the past have added sugar? As tamarind is very bitter, lovely in a curry not sure what booze would be like, please let us know ;D

I find the taste a little sour from the dried and bottled stuff that passes through my kitchen, for curry purposes.
Never considered using it for a wash nutrient.

It was under a fig tree, IIRC.

There is a tamarind wine produced in the Philippines, but I've never tried it. I have had tamarind margarita - it was pretty tasty.

Are you thinking of this as sugar substitute? Or a flavour? 8)

I'm with the others, use it in curry's, I have delivered 20 tons in 50 gall barrels into the Worcestershire sauce company in the past, as its one of the main ingredients.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

I’m thinking a# a sugar substitute with maybe some other fruit. ‘Twas just a thought is all. Maybe for a spring experiment.
I’m dslending all my efforts at the moment on trying to get two stuck washes going again

It might work as a yeast nutrient, for those tired of the Kale v's Lentil battles?! ;)
