Postby Sttifyd35 » Fri Jan 20, 2017 7:52 pm

Was wondering if anyone has aged a whiskey ot any other likker with white birch? I like to try new things and havent tried other woods yet. Was wondering if anyone had some advice? Thank you.

Have you tried searching this sites history?
I seem to recall that this was mentioned sometime, maybe last year?

Yeah i searched the site with no success. I just want to try something different. White birch sounds like it would be a good aging wood. Even for a rum.

My bad!
Try a search for "Birch"
I didn't stop to read much, just now, but there is stuff there.
