Russian Imperial Stout

Postby gaza the instructor » Fri Apr 15, 2016 4:19 pm

Has anyone else tried the Russian Imperial
Stout kit from Love Brewing.
Brewed some time ago early March. What a beer,
dark strong and awesome.
Tasted 2 weeks after bottling ???
Tasted after 5 weeks WOW!!!

Baby sitting? I stay on a farm full time.
Lambing and moling is taking up all my time presently.
Getting back on topic, tried my first Thrappledouser today,
Very pleasantly surprised, I would drink it again.

That is good to hear, the hobby does sort of grab you by the neck and take over your life, at least in the early days.
After a while some semblance of normality creeps back.

Or blur into old age :-\
