Search in the recipe section for the TPW recipe. There is also a calculator availible to help you with quantities. Get rid of the turbo yeast and use ec1118

And use less sugar. I'd say 6 Kg or less in 23L for the best results.

EC 1118 is a Champagne yeast and is very tolerant of high alcohol levels in a wash but I've not found it noticeably better than Allinsons Bread Yeast for spirit making.
I def agree with Chill's advice on using less sugar. Using 7Kg in such a small wash can stress the yeast cells and you can get all manner of unwanted and unforeseen byproducts in your wash. By using less sugar you get a little less return but the quality gained by not stressing the yeast is substantial.
I use the Lentil Wash recipe all the time with 5Kg of sugar. Ferments quick, clean and no off flavours or smells. Works for me

As others have suggested,you will probably get better tasting results from a wash such as the lentil one.
You will probably also find that if you run with lesser sugar,say 5Kg/25 litres,the wash will finish in half of the time your 7Kg one took.Thus allowing you to ferment 10 Kg where you had previously managed 7Kg.
I have heard of Bentonite used as a fining agent,not Benzoate.
If you are using a two pack liquid product,it is likely to be Gelatine,or Chitosan,and Kieselsol .

i was in the Elderberry today too lol i like the Lentil wash and the Birdwatchers wash there very easy and so simple. The yeast i use is allinson dried active yeast i get them in 125g small tins. I use half a tin in each wash.
