Water Temperature of 28.5C
Hello everyone,
I just purchased a T500. I am so excited I wanted to try it right away. Before I did a real run I wanted to test and make sure all is well with the unit. So I just boiled water in the boiler and wanted to play around with the water flow adjustments.
I live in a tropical country where my water in is 28.4C The water in the boiler started boiling and it came to a full boil. I got the output water temperature to stay within 60 and 65. The column top temperature settled at around 48 and never moved higher. Shouldn\'t the column temperature be higher than the water output temperature in this case?
If there was alcohol would the column top temperature gone up? Should I go buy a couple of bottles of cheap vodka and try to pour it in the water and try again?
Thanks
George
