I bought a used toaster oven so I could keep this out of door and keep myself indoors and un-yelled-at.

I used 80 g American White oak dominoes
60 g French oak domino's(medium toast)
some honey, some vanilla crystal malt & black pepper.
Didn't come out too bad at all. just needed a bit of filtering.
I have a mate who is a bit of a whiskey buff and his opinion was quite drinkable sippin' whiskey - does not need Coke !! Is probably a little too sweet.
