Liquid Level?
Hi,
For those who are wiser than me.
I have a T500 and would like to do a spirit run.
I have 21litres of double stilled spirit (now at 30%abv) which was done through an airstill.
Should I just run the 21L in the T500 with plenty of headroom or water down to 25L and do the run?
Is there any difference in the final product whichever way it's done?
Much appreciate your feedback
Neil

Re: Liquid Level?
Diluting will drop it down to 25% or thereabouts, probably not make a huge difference to your product.
So long as you have enough left in the boiler at the end of the run you can use a smaller volume boiler charge. With 21 litres @ 30% you have no problem, I would just run it.
