Nothing to do do with Soreen, but maybe to do with fermentation, a friend that does the whole Social Networking thing, (which I don't, where do they find the time?) tells me that after the referendum, with Ireland possibly uniting again as a result of the same, and Scotland striking out to remain in Europe, we are are left with Wales and England excluding London,in union voting to leave.
The name for this new union,with little more than currency in common?

Seriously never do - I use a refracto. but I can tell you the brix was 20 so the OG will be about 1085-90 (at a guess)

Just did a stripping run with the airstill. Early indications are that it may have an interesting subtle flavour.
