Distill with a high gravity!

Will it be alright to put some old demijons of wine I have through the still? The only problem is the gravity for them is 1020.

I read some where about not putting mash in the still if there\'s too much sugar.

Any advice would be appreciated.

thanks alan, I wondered if it might bubble in the pot if there\'s too much sugar left.
