Its looking really sharp Brian, I'm still not too sure about the quad-concencer.
Is there enough movement in the funnel to swap the bottle underneath? If so how do you do that with such a small stand for the bottle? I'm thinking you need 3 hands.
You planning on putting it back into full reflux to swap out the jar?

Should be in a position to test the condenser in a couple of weeks. Once I have proven, or not, that it is firing on all cylinders I will converge the outlets to a common point.
The small stand was designed to take this or at least the mark two version.


Its a weighing scale that works at 1/100 of a gram you can measure each drop, so you know the weight. Combine it with the digital parrot that gives you the % ABV and you can calculate the volume. Add a level alarm to tell you that the jar is full, if you ignore that then shut the still down.
