I'm thinking for a 25l wash.
I'll soak 1.5kg of the maize in 2l of warm watering leave for a few hours.
Then I'll mix 6kg of sugar with 2l of boiling water in the fermenter and dissolve
Then add 6l of cold water along with the maize and whatever liquid is left then top up to
25l

Obviously I'll measure the fluid that the maize doesn't absorb so I can accurately measure to 25l

Doesn't seem like anyone is too interested in this but the airlock is no longer bubbling so in the morning I shall take a hydrometer reading and post the pics.

Onto the second strip run now.
I just use mozr's guide and collect in the glass kettle till I get down to 30%
In total.
I'm sure someone will tell me if this is wrong( well I hope they will tell me)
