fermentation container marking up !!
I have decided with my future brews, iam going to write on the fermentation bin in cd permanent marker pen..
All details i use for that brew, such as (YEAST USED -DATE MADE- DATE FINNISHED FERMENT- SUGAR VOLUME USED- HEAT SOURCE USED - NUTRIENTS-TOM PUREE USED ETC,,, AND FINAL VOLUME ACHIEVED....
That way i can results to a book and then post them on here later, obviously a record for us all in the future
As i have space and heat for at least 5 containers on the go at a time, i will have to keep an idea of whats in which container etc.....
Anybody else do such a thing

I have a program called MacJournal which I'm trying to do the same with, and also keep tabs of what I've done to things after distilling - how much flavouring I put in, how many oak chips, how long they've been sitting, etc.
