Don't forget, some stills/boilers are designed to ferment the whole mash/ pulp, but those tend to have indirect heating so there's no scorching, but still have drains etc for emptying and cleaning........

My still, while having a concealed heating element is very unforgiving of sugary washes.
Fortunately, on the odd occasion that it happens, my still is easy to clean.

That statement was in the 3 episode aired in 2011

basically said this:

My favorite part was when his ABV dropped and he poured more sugar in the boiler, put the cap back on and said it would increase the ABV at the out put! LOL

It truly is a damned shame that people are watching this and thinking that this is how its done...........
