wheat germ mash

Hi all, just racked off a WG.wash i started 2 weeks ago it took so long to finish because of the cold.i used a fine straining bag to hold the wg in the wash which as worked out very well as there is only about 1/2.in of sediment in the ferment-er i used the alcotek whisky yeast with AG. it finished at 990 im happy with that so i will start running it Friday then add some medium oak chips for a few weeks
