We do dinner around 1900 so I chucked two medium sized chickens, that I had brining overnight, onto the grill with used oak chips and a little hickory for the smoke.
I cook them for 3-4 hours depending on meat temp and they were delicious along with a huge jug of iced Raspberry Nukins that everyone loved - thanks to FS for that one
End of a lovely day. Good Weather, Good Food, Good Drinks, Good Company
