mmm quantity will vary depending on which one your using, ie liqueurs will make less mmm (1.125?) been a while since i did a liqueur with this range. the standard range is about 2.25 with an execption of a few which make 5L.
now i hear different things, and it all comes down to personal taste and pallet. But the bourbon if left to age will come very close to jim beam, its a little more caramel in flavour to the still spirits range and if not left to age properly can taste a little grainy and thin from my experience. but i have resorted back to the ss classic tennesse with added mellow oak
I drink alot of the blue gin of essencia, and cant recommend that one any more. its the best. but i have found some take longer to infuse with the alcohol than others in the range, so a timeframe is difficult to say but a solid month is what i have found, the standard gin which makes 5L for example requires 3 months to infuse.
the range doesnt have a standard quality, all depends on which flavour you want
cheers,

I can say without doubt The Blue Saphire Gin is the best on the market. I like their Bourbon but it needs keeping. Trying both the Dark Jamacan and the Carribean Rums, but only done last week so will leave them a bit longer yet.

I have had the Walkers whisky essence in a DJ with 2.25 ltrs of spirit for ten days now,for the first three days it smelt disgusting but now it smells pretty good.I have not tried any yet, think I will give it about a month then try a little tot and if tis ok I will bottle it.The Bourbon that I have done has been in a kilner jar for a month so far,I keep having a sniff but it doesnt smell much like Bourbon at the moment but have not tasted it yet.
