How much do you want to spend?
T500 with reflux column makes very good neutral.
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

Buy a freezer, and stick with the AS - MUCH QUICKER and better neutral.

Ninja, the secret to a good neutral is a good wash.
I highly recommend Kale Wash, its so easy, clean
and cheap.
Mash is right the AS is a great bit of kit, but if
you dont want to go down the freeze jack route, then
T500 is good plug and play. Get yourself a water flow
regulator and power controller and your in.
Later in the day Copper ware is great for Rum etc. :)

cheers gazza, i have done a few kale washes, the last failed no idea why just a non starter ,i will have to get some more fresh kale and try again .is everyone still on the original recipe that was posted ?.
ive not even thought about the freezer thing tbh will have a read up .would like to get a better still though.can the cooling water be pump fed from a large Fv or similar so as not to need a water supply ie. from one of the still spirits regulators ?

He probably wants to sell it all together I'd about £350 but chance your arm and start of lower ask him what's his lowest price.

It reduces the power output i think the slower let's say the t500 is 2kw if I'm right in saying you run the power controller at say 1400 watts it produces better alcohol I've not got one but I'm looking at getting one
