t500 temp range
hi... at what temp do you run your t500 at?
i try to aim for 60ºc at the top temp gauge but iv read that its better to run it at 55ºc?
can anyone shed any light on this?

I've just run a couple of SS Triple washes through at between 55-58 celsius. Get a firm 94% and it doesn't seem to take too long from start to finish. 5 hours or so all in.
I found that whenever the temp rises above 60 that the flow is visibly faster, but I'm in any rush to be honest.
Let me know if you notice any discernible difference in flavour by changing the temp!
