It is a good job that I have a very thick skin, and a sense of humour!

Robert.

I see Mash had him bookmarked for easy recall....

What was that John Lennon lyric..."Whatever gets you through the night..Is alright?"
Mine is not to reason why.
I share this planet with a whole bunch of people different to me.
Gender/Race/religion/Sexual Orientation..to name a few
If they leave me alone, then I will do the same for them.
Simples.
This I consider to be "toleration".
Here endeth my first sermon.

Stay tuned for any more that I feel the need to espouse.
Lets hope that they are infrequent, as they may seem pretty dull :)

Robert.

Why post links to shite without warning people that they are just wasting their time?

Robert.

Sorry, I may have seemed harsh there.
When you have been on the scene as long as some here, such links do not seem amusing.
But I guess that you have to learn. ;)

And furthermore, looking at the topic you posted in, complete absolution!

My bad there, and unafraid to say it.
Sometimes I should be less hasty with my responses

I did look on YouTube for advice a while back. There's a chap from Up North, sounds like Sean Bean but without the sword, has an excellent film crew at his disposal - bright lights, clear acoustics and no hand-held camerawork or flashy editing. The last few Horizon episodes could take lessons on production values.

Dunno if anyone has come across this guy before? He has produced hundreds of videos...mostly about whiskey. I found one of his videos yesterday, and I must admit, found it really interesting. It's not about home distilling, it's to do with using different woods to flavour cheap whisky, but I thought it would be very interesting for any of us. I'm certainly going to try it out, especially the birch wood.

Robert, he's from your side of the border.... ;)

Looks to me as if he is a Manxman?
He waffles a bit, but not too bad a viewing.
I might watch to the end when time allows.
It is happening too slow for an attempt tonight. ;)

Robert.
