southern haze clowdy
can someone tell me why when i mix the sugar to the alcohol then add the southern haze flavour and mix well it comes out clowdy. thanks mark

I have made the Still Spirits Southern Haze before and had no problems with it clouding. You could try adding the essence to the spirit before you add the sugar.

Just did a Demijohn of Southern Haze with no great problems, mind you I did have to shake it a goodly number of times to dissolve the sugar.
Give it a good shake until you are sure that all the sugar is dissolved and leave it alone for a while to see if it clears.

thanks for the replies fireeater and pyro i did mix the essence to the spirit before the sugar,and gave it a good mix i mean a good mix and shake,it as been stood for 5 hour now still clowdy this as happened before,but i have done it without any problems i was wondering if i could be the temperature ie alcohol to cold and i used the sugar base pack A.thanks again mark
