All Grain Whiskey

Diluted a glass full do to 40% and drinking now and can say I'm pleasantly surprised, considering its 40% doesn't really burn the back of your throat, tastes good however the only thing i might of changed was the amount of corn as it does taste quite corny. But maybe that's because I'm not used to it, on my 3rd gen at the minute so will get less or a corn flavour as I go, will probably go onto 5 generations, not sure if to age for a few weeks but chips in jar and shaking daily, would you recommend or just stick to white whiskey
